Player Registration


2011-2012 Player Registration

Welcome to the 2011-2012 Junior RoughRiders Travel Hockey Registration with the Cedar Rapids Hockey Association

Each Player must first register with USA Hockey and then return to this registration
page to sign-up for the 2011-2012 Season.

  • Step 1: Click here to go to USA Hockey Registration and register each of your
    player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s).  Each player
    must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

  • Step 2: Return to this CRHA registration form and proceed. Later in this
    registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code
    that you received in Step 1. Complete and submit the form for each player.     

  • Step 3: Bring the registration fee to the first night of try-outs along with a
    completed copy of the USA Hockey registration form and the waivers indicated
    in the check boxes below.
