Above is the PLAYER APPAREL order form and catalog section. This will be the sole offer to purchase hockey warm up suits and socks for the upcoming season. The CRHA was approached and agreed to partner with The Cedar Rapids Rough Riders in offering these through a common vendor. This vendor has demonstrated high levels of customer service and appreciation for our business over the last couple of months.
The vendor will be at the Ice Arena on Sunday, September 18th from 1-4 pm for hands on sizing of the apparel being offered and answering/addressing general questions. This will be the only visit from this vendor with samples for sizing so please take advantage of this opportunity if you have concerns with sizing. The KEWL catalog section depicts the warm up suits we’re being offered (MASCOT version only) in youth, adult and ladies cut options. The last page of this catalog section is a sizing guide from KEWL for those of you who don’t need to or can’t make it to the Ice Arena this Sunday. The game socks being offered will match those of last year in color and style despite the photo on the attached order form.
Payments are due at order placement and orders will be due by Friday, September 23rd. Each player must have a separate order form and each order will be turned into your respective team Merchandise Contact. The team Merchandise contact will be responsible for collecting all orders/payments, making copies of all orders and supplying them to the Merchandise Chair. The CRHA order will be submitted to the vendor on September 26th with an expected delivery date the week of October 17th. Each team merchandise contact will then be responsible for collecting the team order from me and distributing it.This order is for players only as coaches warm up suits will be addressed separately. There will be more merchandise purchasing opportunities in the future however this is the ONLY WARM UP SUIT AND SOCKS order opportunity.
